We’ve put together a few tips on how life style and diet can influence health and what you can do to help in these areas and to help remove the overwhelming feeling many feel at the beginning of a new start.
This 6 Week course will walk you through and save you from any sense of feeling overwhelmed
Each week we will be touching on one of the 5 Elements including Food and drink linked to these elements, meditation and exercises
